Order Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Rules
Orders may be cancelled within 36 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Requests submitted within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund.
Once an order exceeds 36 hours from placement or has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available. At this stage, the order is considered to be in active fulfilment or transit and cannot be reversed.
2. Orders that cannot be cancelled
If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return after receiving the product. It is recommended to submit a return request within 48 days of delivery. Returns that meet the applicable conditions will be eligible for a refund.
3. How to Cancel
Submit a cancellation request by contacting our customer support team within the applicable cancellation period. Please include your order number and reason for cancellation to assist us in processing your request efficiently. Our support team will review your request and confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation. Once approved, you will receive a cancellation confirmation, and any eligible refund will be processed accordingly.
4. Refund Handling
Approved cancellations within the eligible window are refunded in full using the original payment method. Refund processing is typically initiated within 1–3 business days after confirmation. The time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.
