6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation conditions are summarised as follows:

  • Cancellations are accepted within 36 hours of order placement if dispatch has not started
  • Orders exceeding this timeframe or already dispatched cannot be cancelled
  • If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return after receiving the product. It is recommended to submit a return request within 48 days of delivery

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchange

Returns and refunds are available under defined conditions and timeframes. Exchange services are not provided, as furniture items are allocated and prepared through coordinated logistics that do not support direct replacement without delay.

  • Return requests should be submitted within 48 days of delivery
  • Refund eligibility depends on order status and item condition
  • Refunds are issued within 1–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, using the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider
