To ensure a clear and efficient process, if you need to change to other products, you can return the unwanted items and place a new order.
If an order has already been shipped or delivered, cancellation is no longer possible, and the request will be handled in accordance with the applicable return type outlined below.
Voluntary returns apply when an order is no longer wanted or when the order cancellation period has expired. To be eligible for a voluntary return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unassembled, and undamaged
All original parts, accessories, and packaging must be intact and included
